 With
a quick touch of the screen, the AVIC N2 brings traffic
information right to your fingertips. View detailed
travel routes, locate destinations (the AVIC N2 includes
over 11 Million Points-Of-Interest
in it's database), and track real-time traffic updates
with the XM NavTraffic system.
As you're driving, the system monitors
your precise position using its GPS antenna, internal
gyroscope, and vehicle speed sensors. Voice
prompts tell you when to make turns even as the
system displays detailed close-ups of intersections
and turning lanes. Touch the screen, and change lanes
safely with the help of the blind-spot
camera. You can also display
your rig's dynamics, including acceleration, speed,
lateral G-force (turning force), angular velocity (speed
during a turn), and road grade (slope angle).
Your
New Entertainment Center
 For
the long highway stretches, kick back with your favorite
music from CD, MP3, AM/FM radio,
or XM Satellite radio. This state-of-the art audio/video
entertainment system provides full cab zone capabilities
with great sound from MOSFET 50 Watts x 4 channels,
three pre-amp outputs and three band parametric equalizer.
During stops, pop in a DVD
movie or connect your favorite video game - heck,
add a second monitor, and passengers in the sleeper
can even watch a DVD while the AVIC N2 keeps you up-to-date
with navigation information.
To top it all off, the Pioneer design team has
managed to pack everything into a system no larger than a
standard radio receiver - a great benefit for an already crowded
cab.
