Truck Dynamics
The engineers at Pioneer added something very practical for OTR drivers - they took the high speed 32 bit RISC processor , G4 sensor, and gyroscope and speed sensor and programmed them to drive an array of virtual performance gauges.

So what does that mean? With a quick touch of the screen, you can choose to display your rig's vehicle dynamics.

In addition to the center speedometer there are seven user definable gauges that allow you to monitor basic information such as time and direction, plus performance data such as cornering force and angular velocity. There’s even a peak hold function for the cornering, acceleration and breaking gauges so you can see what your maximum performance is. The peak hold can be reset in the gauge menu and of course just like real gauges your virtual gauges have night-time illumination.

Basic Information Displayed:

Voltage
Compass
Clock

Performance Information Displayed:
Acceleration (Positive and Negative)
Cornering Force (Lateral G-Force)
Angular Velocity (Measures turn rate)
Slope (Measures road incline)
